Project Summary
Country Keepsake, a Seattle business providing custom wood signs, needed a website redesign, better ecommerce solutions and some custom functionality to allow customers to customize products online.

We delivered a very slick and easy to maintain system with our customized version of the x-cart ecommerce system. That allows for customers to customize their sign with background colors, font types and colors very easily.

Problem
Country Keepsake was struggling with a hybrid ecommerce site - part home made, part OSCommerce. The design was disjointed and not as polished as they wanted. The ecommerce functionality was lacking the custom options they needed to allow customers to customize their signs online and was very cumbersome to maintain the catalog on the back end.

Solution
We implemented a customized version of our PBW Ecommerce sytem and built a complete set of custom product options that allowed online customers the dynamic option selection for background colors, font types, and font colors and preview capabilities CK was looking for.

Result
The result is a much more polished and professional looking store with easily selectable custom product options, reducing customer confusion and frustration and resulting in more sales closures.
